Jim and Nick's Pulled Pork Sandwich at Jim and Nick's

I know a thing or two about barbecue (master certified judge and competition cook, but who’s bragging) and I have to admit Jim ‘N Nick’s is the best commercial barbecue I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Yes, it’s a chain but it’s a family-run chain. There really is a Jim and a Nick. Their pulled pork is competition quality, the collard greens are the best and King Daddy almost wept one day while consuming the beef brisket. And the cheese biscuits…don’t even get me started. The closest location to us is at 3068 Mallory Lane in Cool Springs. But worth a road trip if there’s not one near you.

Yes!! Love Jim N Nick’s. Every time we go to Nashville we can’t help ourselves. We have to stop in. And the staff is as incredible as the cue.

I would go there just for the biscuits. But the barbecue is so great and the Jim and Nick’s organization do a lot of charity work, which makes me love them all the more.
